In PEOPLE’s exclusive sneak peek at this week’s episode of the Lifetime series, Clare tells Cameron, whom she never met prior to getting married, that she feels her brother played a role in their relationship.
After surprising Cameron with the fact that she is a quadruplet, she explains, “So four of us were born at the same time. So in the quadruplets, [there] is three girls, one boy, but my brother did pass away.”

Cameron asks if he died recently and Clare responds, “It was four years ago. Yeah, so he passed away and I need to make him a part of this special day.”
She adds that she felt that her brother “orchestrated” their relationship as Cameron replies, “Really?”
Clare further explains how her brother is guiding her after his death, saying, “I feel like I’ve had signs, I’ve seen him in dreams. It just felt so like… I’m not a person who takes risks at all. I would have never done this if I didn’t feel like I was being led to do it, you know?”

Clare and Cameron then discuss who was in attendance for their big day, including her sisters and grandmother, and he clarifies that her parents walked her down the aisle.
“Yeah, that was my mom [and] my dad,” she responds. “ Very supportive.”
She went on to share that she comes from a “big family,” warning, “My sisters will be grilling you. They’re gonna have a lot of questions. They’re a lot in the best way but they’re very protective. They’re just about to roast you.”
“I just want you to be prepared because they’re very in your face,” she adds.

On last week’s episode, Clare’s sister Chrissy reassured her that she’s found “the one,” referring to Cameron.
“I just feel very comfortable in my skin, and it took me a while to get here,” Clare said through her tears. “But also the fact that I’ll be walking down this [aisle] and meeting somebody that I don’t know is very scary. But I’m here, and I’m ready to share that with someone else. For sure.”
“You’ll bring out the best in whoever it is, and he’ll bring out the best in you,” her mother Julie said.
