Who Won the 2022 National Dog Show?

Winston the French bulldog won the 2022 National Dog Show, making him the first of his breed to claim the National Dog Show’s Best in Show prize.

Winston’s handler, Perry Payson, tells PEOPLE the historic first was “so exciting” for him and the French bulldog community. The handler adds that he could see that Winston had the “electricity and charisma” of a winner since the pup was in “the whelping box.”
