“No one is going in there to make pork chops and applesauce in that kitchen," Tina Trahan toldThe Wall Street Journal. “Anything you might do to make the house livable would take away from what I consider artwork.”
Even at the bargain price, Trahan admitted the purchase was “the worst investment ever” and said she plans to use the property for fundraising and charitable events.

“Nobody is going to live in it,” she told theWSJ. “It’s almost like a life-size dollhouse.”
Trahan, who has been married to formerHBOchief executive Chris Albrecht since 2016, claims to be a historic home enthusiast and fan ofThe Brady Bunchsitcomand 1995’sThe Brady Bunch Movie.
“I thought that was hilarious,” she said of the movie, per theWSJ.
