After an intriguing teaser clip and literally 15 years of work , Guillermo del Toro ’s The Adventures of Pinocchio finally vex a full distance trailer . The film was create by stop - question animation and was produced in part by the Jim Henson Company .
The poke is whimsical , start with a vocalisation - over from Cricket as he recounts the tale of the grief - stricken Geppetto and the impish and disobedient dangerous undertaking of Pinocchio . Already the visuals and energy of this trailer has me intrigued for the final cut of meat .
