I do n’t know enough about chemical science to say this is bullshit , but I ’m sure you geniuses out there can permit us know WTF is up with this . He say his company , Hydrogen Technologies , uses received water to create HHO ( is n’t that just H2O ? ) and has created a car that can do 100 miles per four ounces of fluid refreshment . Please , for the love of God , enlighten me .
