That ’s according to sources conversant with the matter who toldPoliticoandReutersthat he could do it as presently as his first day .
In a briefing line from Biden ’s changeover squad , the words “ Rescind Keystone XL pipeline license ” supposedly look on a tilt of day one executive actions that Biden has design , theCanadian Broadcasting Corporationreports . The decision did not appear ina Saturday memofrom incoming chief of stave Ron Klain listing the executive actions scheduled for Biden ’s first 10 days in the White House , per Politico .
